It has awesome setting and very nice and exceptional stuff at reception desk. The breakfast is perfect and good with a great selection of things to eat and drink. I would come here again next year...

The staff was accommodating, the room was romantic, everything was great! The room with working hot water. Besides, the location was convenient for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of an only mall. We loved that a ferry port was close to the hotel.

Its location just a short walk away from Cancun Convention Center was great and perfect. The hotel met the demands, I definitely want to stay in that area again.

We only stayed in the hotel for the first 3 nights upon our arrival to Mexico. The hotel is very good located, since it is in the heart of the Zona Hoteliera, close to all facilities, the citz of Cancun, as well as to the night life. The beach of the hotel is very nice and you can practically walk to the beach from your terrace. The room is simply, but nicely decorated - in a modern style. It was clean, the beds were firm enough.

Our room was located in the far end of the hotel (to the right side), very close to the neighbouring night club which has a big pool party every Tuesday - it was just the night when we arrived completelly exhausted and were trying to get some sleep. But it was really just the Tuesday as we were also told at the reception. So try not to get a room in that part of the hotel (or joint the pool party :), since the hotel is quite big and has a lot of rooms.

I had a decent experience at this hotel. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained and enjoyable, providing a great vibe for relaxation. However, I did encounter some issues with room service, as my meal arrived cold and didn't meet expectations, which was disappointing. It's a suitable choice for short stays, but improvements in dining service would enhance the stay.

Cool place ... Really close to the best clubs in Cancun ... Nice pool ... The staff is ok, but really concern about tips (propina). If you dont give it, they treat you really bad, everywhere (pool bar, room service, etc). In the end, the hotel really worth its value ... Good cost/benefit.

Did not know that spring break had started...lots of kids from Canada and of course it was noisy...would probably be fine at some other time of the year.

Band stand on beach outside of hotel blasting music from 11am to 4:30pm...Our original room was next to a loud night club but were able to move to another room in the high rise building.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of all the action. We enjoyed the beachfront vibes and appreciated the variety of nearby dining options. A great spot for fun and relaxation.

We had some issues with the air conditioning in our room, a bit frustrating. We had to wait for a maintenance staff to address it, but thankfully it got sorted out eventually.

The incredible view, the beds are very comfortable and very good service is provided. For a business trip, the location is unbeatable. You can see that the hotel has been remodeled, so it has a more modern look.

The bathroom WC, but it has many defects, especially design: The only light that the bathroom has is just above the sink and the part has the mirror, the hairdryer and what is necessary for personal grooming, is the darkest point of the bathroom. The shower, instead of a curtain or a complete gate, has a half glass door that hinders much more than it serves, plus I had to use the amenities tray, since the shower does not have any shelves.

The beachfront access was amazing 🌊 The location made everything easy. The air conditioning in our room had some issues and took a little while to fix. It was a nice stay.

Es un hotel sucio. This is a filthy hotel. Severely understaffed. Hosted a major Spring Break organization - drunk students all over the place and at the same time families with young children. How greedy can you get? Choose your market.
